Fee Schedule Effective June 1, 2009
The
Florida Legislature recently increased several filing fees effective June 1, 2009. Please understand
this office opposed all fee increases and will not benefit from any of the additional fees. Nevertheless, we are mandated by law to collect and remit all monies to the State of Florida, Department of Revenue and to the State Court Trust Fund.

Court Registry Inquiry
The items being held by the Clerk in the Court Registry are now available for viewing from the Online Inquiry System on the menu to the left.
New Passport Rules
On June 1, 2009 U.S. citizens must present a passport book, passport card, or other travel documents approved by the U.S. government to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda (WHTI) at land borders and sea ports of entry.
