Assist the Clerk in the performance of his constitutional duties.
Purchasing agent for the Clerk's office, responsible for issue of all purchase orders. Receives and approves all invoices for payment.
Responsible for all equipment within the Clerk's office. Insure this equipment is in good working order, if not, responsible for the repair of same.
Putnam County Law Librarian, for the Board Of County Commissioners.

New Passport Rules
On June 1, 2009 U.S. citizens must present a passport book, passport card, or other travel documents approved by the U.S. government to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda (WHTI) at land borders and sea ports of entry.
