Fee Schedule Effective July 1, 2009
The Florida Legislature recently increased several filing fees effective June 1, 2009 and some effective July 1, 2009. Please understand this office opposed all fee increases and will not benefit from any of the additional fees. Nevertheless, we are mandated by law to collect and remit all monies to the State of Florida, Department of Revenue and to the State Court Trust Fund.

New Passport Application Link
This new link was added to the Recording Department's web page.  It was added under Frequently Asked Questions, as well as Links Of Interest.

New Passport Rules

On June 1, 2009 U.S. citizens must present a passport book, passport card, or other travel documents approved by the U.S. government to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda (WHTI) at land borders and sea ports of entry.

Value Adjustment Board Petition
